Sweden, first Cotonbrie abroad!
Sweden has a unique flavor to me and my dogs. Monica Hjelm (Bryony’s kennel) a Lagotto breeder contacted me at the phone, once. She was interested in the cotons. She wanted a puppy from me. This was my first puppy to move abroad. This made me proud and during the long months Cotonbrie Johanna Johannssima stayed with me for the complicated vet rules to enter the country, me and Monica spoke by phone or by fax. When was the time to ship the girl I didn’t want her to fly alone under the plane.. So I bagged passengers at Rome airport to have her with them. I also tried to buy a ticket for myself.. But I was not lucky as the plane was full, so I shipped her and I believe I cried all the hours she was flying until Monica said she arrived safely. That was the beginning of a very nice friendship with Monica. We cooperate with other cotons she showed for me in Nordic countries. I went to visit her and she come to visit me. She taught me a lot of good breeding practice and I’m grateful to have found a very good friend.
A couple of years ago Lotta Eriksson come for a mating with her Champion J’adore du haut Marais and had lovely puppies, Doris, aka Chacotte’s Dreama little Dream is on the way of her Championship and got RLD in Rally obedience for beginners

Lotta come from far Sweden for a Mating of her lovely girl, J’ador du Haut Marais,with hasta. Doris our of this mating is not only agility Champion but also Beauty Sweden Champion 2022. Brava!!
